Người Lao Động reports on Forte Biotech's progress after the Net Zero Challenge

The Vietnamese newspaper Người Lao Động published a follow-up on Forte Biotech on 10 July 2025, after the company's win at the Net Zero Challenge in December 2023.

The article reports that:

• more than 7,000 test kits had been supplied by June 2025;
• about 60 percent of the previous quarter's revenue came from repeat customers, with high repurchase in Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia;
• customers in Latin America were showing interest.

It also listed plans at the time: validation with the University of Arizona, licensing in Thailand and the Philippines, a TPD assay, and an African swine fever (ASF) assay in development. Since then the validation has been completed, with up to 97.5% agreement with WOAH-approved qPCR in a University of Arizona study, and the TPD assay is on sale.
