Two components. One simple workflow.
Every RAPID test uses two things: an extraction kit to isolate DNA/RNA from the sample, and a lyophilised assay bead that targets a specific pathogen. The extraction kit stays the same — the assay bead is what changes depending on the target species and pathogen.

Extraction Kit
Universal — same for every test
The extraction kit isolates DNA/RNA from the sample so the RAPID device can detect the target pathogen. It contains everything needed for sample preparation — no lab equipment, no centrifuge, no cold chain required.

Lyophilised Assay Bead
Species & pathogen specific
The assay bead is a freeze-dried LAMP reagent pellet containing primers and enzymes specific to a single pathogen. This is the component that changes depending on what you're testing for — EHP, AHPND, WSSV, ASF, TiLV, or any target in the RAPID panel.
